According to TMZ and police reports, the 37-year-old actor was shot after confronting three suspects attempting to steal his car's catalytic converter. Despite not fighting back, Wactor was fatally wounded and later pronounced dead at a nearby hospital. His talent agent, David Shaul, praised Wactor as a "spectacular human being" and a dedicated actor. Wactor, who also starred in "Siberia" and "Criminal Minds," leaves behind his mother and two younger siblings. No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
